Ingredients

  • 290 g Lean pork strips
  • 150 g Green beans
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce, garlic & chili
  • 2 tsp Sesame oil
  • Spring onion & Szechuan pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Blister the green beans in a hot wok, then set aside.
  2. Stir-fry the pork until browned, add garlic and chili.
  3. Return the beans, splash in soy and toss; finish with spring onion.
