Ingredients
- 290 g Lean pork strips
- 150 g Green beans
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce, garlic & chili
- 2 tsp Sesame oil
- Spring onion & Szechuan pepper, to taste

Method
- Blister the green beans in a hot wok, then set aside.
- Stir-fry the pork until browned, add garlic and chili.
- Return the beans, splash in soy and toss; finish with spring onion.
