  • 250 g Sirloin or flank steak
  • 160 g Bell peppers & onion
  • 30 g Cheddar cheese
  • 120 g Cauliflower rice
  • Fajita spice, lime & coriander, to taste

Method

  1. Sear the seasoned steak to your liking; rest then slice against the grain.
  2. Char the peppers and onion in the same pan with fajita spice.
  3. Build a bowl with cauliflower rice, the steak and peppers, cheese, lime and coriander.
