Ingredients

  • 230 g Chicken breast
  • 200 g Zucchini (spiralized)
  • 1 tbsp Capers, lemon & garlic
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 15 g Parmesan & parsley

Method

  1. Pound the chicken thin, season and sear until golden; set aside.
  2. Deglaze with lemon, capers, garlic and a splash of water; swirl in the butter.
  3. Warm the zoodles, top with the chicken and lemon-caper sauce, and finish with parmesan.
