Ingredients

  • 270 g Lean beef strips
  • 150 g Cauliflower rice
  • 60 g Kimchi
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce, garlic, ginger & sesame
  • 20 g Spring onion

Equipment

  • non-stick skillet

Method

  1. Marinate the beef in soy, garlic, ginger and a little sweetener, then sear hot and fast.
  2. Warm the cauliflower rice and top with the beef.
  3. Add kimchi, spring onion and a sprinkle of sesame.

Storage & make-ahead

Best assembled fresh. Prep the components up to 2 days ahead, keep chilled, and combine just before eating.

Tip

Big Korean BBQ flavour without the sugar or rice. Sub sweetener for the usual sugar in the marinade.
