Ingredients
- 270 g Pork tenderloin
- 150 g Green beans
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper, to taste

Method
- Heat oven to 200C/400F. Rub the tenderloin with mustard, garlic, rosemary and salt.
- Sear in an oven-safe pan to brown all sides, then roast 12-15 min to 63C/145F; rest.
