Ingredients

  • 60 g Whey or casein protein powder (chocolate)
  • 400 ml Skim milk
  • 16 g Powdered peanut butter (PB2)
  • Cocoa powder & sweetener, to taste

Method

  1. Warm the milk gently (don't boil).
  2. Whisk in the protein, PB powder, cocoa and sweetener until smooth and frothy.
  3. Pour into a mug and enjoy warm.
