- 40 g Turkey bacon
- 1 Large egg (hard-boiled)
- 30 g Cheddar or Swiss cheese
- 100 g Large lettuce leaves, tomato
- 1 tbsp Light mayo & mustard

Method
- Crisp the turkey bacon and slice the hard-boiled egg.
- Layer turkey, bacon, cheese, egg and tomato onto large lettuce leaves.
- Add a little mayo-mustard, roll up and eat like a wrap.
