Ingredients

  • 200 g Sliced turkey breast (deli)
  • 40 g Turkey bacon
  • 1 Large egg (hard-boiled)
  • 30 g Cheddar or Swiss cheese
  • 100 g Large lettuce leaves, tomato
  • 1 tbsp Light mayo & mustard

Method

  1. Crisp the turkey bacon and slice the hard-boiled egg.
  2. Layer turkey, bacon, cheese, egg and tomato onto large lettuce leaves.
  3. Add a little mayo-mustard, roll up and eat like a wrap.
