Beef & Broccoli Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 250 g Flank or sirloin steak, sliced
- 150 g Broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp Tamari or soy sauce (low-sodium)
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- Garlic & fresh ginger, to taste
- 1 tsp Granulated erythritol or monk fruit
- 1 tsp Toasted sesame seeds

Method
- Sear the sliced beef in hot sesame oil for 1-2 min until browned; remove.
- Stir-fry broccoli with garlic and ginger, adding a splash of water to steam, 4-5 min.
- Return beef, add tamari and sweetener, toss 1 minute, and finish with sesame seeds.
Storage & make-ahead
Fridge: keeps 3–4 days in an airtight container — reheat gently. Most portions freeze well for up to 2 months; thaw overnight.
Tip
A pinch of erythritol mimics the sweetness of a takeout sauce without the sugar load.
