Ingredients

  • 250 g Flank or sirloin steak, sliced
  • 150 g Broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp Tamari or soy sauce (low-sodium)
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • Garlic & fresh ginger, to taste
  • 1 tsp Granulated erythritol or monk fruit
  • 1 tsp Toasted sesame seeds

Method

  1. Sear the sliced beef in hot sesame oil for 1-2 min until browned; remove.
  2. Stir-fry broccoli with garlic and ginger, adding a splash of water to steam, 4-5 min.
  3. Return beef, add tamari and sweetener, toss 1 minute, and finish with sesame seeds.

Storage & make-ahead

Fridge: keeps 3–4 days in an airtight container — reheat gently. Most portions freeze well for up to 2 months; thaw overnight.

Tip

A pinch of erythritol mimics the sweetness of a takeout sauce without the sugar load.
