Ingredients

  • 230 g Chicken breast
  • 150 g Chopped tomatoes
  • 150 g Mushrooms, pepper & onion
  • 20 g Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp Olive oil, garlic & herbs

Method

  1. Brown the chicken in olive oil, then set aside.
  2. Soften the mushrooms, pepper and onion; add garlic, herbs and tomatoes.
  3. Return the chicken and simmer until cooked and the sauce thickens; finish with parmesan.
