Ingredients
- 230 g Chicken breast
- 150 g Chopped tomatoes
- 150 g Mushrooms, pepper & onion
- 20 g Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp Olive oil, garlic & herbs

Method
- Brown the chicken in olive oil, then set aside.
- Soften the mushrooms, pepper and onion; add garlic, herbs and tomatoes.
- Return the chicken and simmer until cooked and the sauce thickens; finish with parmesan.
